At The Snuggly Viking, every order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Because all of our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, delivery times may vary slightly, but we always do our best to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.
  • For custom or commissioned items, processing times may be longer. Estimated times will be confirmed when you place your order.

2. Delivery Methods & Costs

UK Orders

  • We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders.
  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted courier service (e.g., Yodel), depending on the parcel size and destination.

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked or an equivalent courier.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • USA & Worldwide: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

All items are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Where possible, we use eco-friendly packaging materials.

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
