Returns & refunds policy

At The Snuggly Viking, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Each item is handmade with care, and many are one-of-a-kind. However, if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Returned in the original or secure packaging.
- Custom and commissioned items are non-refundable unless faulty, as they are made specifically to order.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@thesnugglyviking.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Return the item within 14 days of approval.
Please note: buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs (for international orders) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
